Great location near the town center and a variety of local attractions. the hotel's architecture and design are pleasing to the eye, with a beautiful courtyard and bubbling fountains. the showers were fantastic and spacious, making for a refreshing end to each day.
The soundproofing in the hotel is poor, meaning that noise from other guests can be disturbing at night. the WiFi is also weak and slow, and the beds can be uncomfortable for some guests.

The town has a lot to offer, with a charming market and friendly locals. Unfortunately, the location makes it difficult to see the VOLCANO due to low clouds and mists. Rooms are generally clean and equipped with basic furnishings, including TV with a good selection of channels. Some rooms have a coffee maker, and the breakfasts are generally considered good. Some rooms face a lovely courtyard, and parking is safe.
The hotel lacks some amenities that business travelers may expect, such as a hair dryer and refrigerator.
